ISLAMABAD: A journalist filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court Friday seeking stay order on holding of National Press Club elections scheduled for December 17. Ali Sajjad Shah,pleaded that the court order formation of a committee comprising senior journalists to scrutinize the list of the club’s council members. He has made president NPC, its secretary, the governing body and the election committee as the respondents in his petition which has been accepted.
