ISLAMABAD: Lahore Press Club has awarded honorary life-time membership to singer-turned-actor Ali Zafar at a ceremony held at the club.
The Express Tribune reported Zafar told journalists that Kill Dill is his sixth film in Bollywood and like always, the local audiences have showered him with love and support for this project.
Speaking at the session titled ‘Meet the Press,’ Zafar said that he wants to utilize his film-making experience to revitalize the Pakistani film industry.
“Whenever a local film is released, it does better business than any foreign film in Pakistan and Waar and Kill Dill are great examples of this,” he said.
Zafar said that if Pakistan makes quality films, they can also be released in India.
