ISLAMABAD – For the first time since its launch in 2016, BOL News Television has started airing commercials.

“We will be running ads of brands and products that are Pakistan’s identity,” a BOL insider tells JournalismPakitan.com.

For starters, a Rooh Afza commercial began airing on Monday. “Slowly, we will increase the number of ads.”

After hitting the airwaves in December 2016, BOL continuously claimed it did not want to run ads as its primary focus was to present a positive image of Pakistan to the world.
