Experts say we all dream in black and white. I don’t agree. My dreams are in vivid color so I am telling this guy who is supposedly a dream merchant (doctor of sorts) and he laughs that mirthless laugh that specialists laugh when they talk to the great unwashed and he says, ha ha, that is only a perception, you think you are dreaming in color, but actually there is no color there, it is just that you feel it is.
Walk like a duck, talk like a duck, so it must be a duck, use that measure, Vohra, so I say well, there you are, if I think it’s in color it’s in color what is, right?
Wrong, he says triumphantly, it does not change the basic texture of the dream which is monochromatic; it is your interpretation that gives you the false impression.
Is this an issue at all? It is my dream, if I want to color it like a kid coloring a crayon book, what’s his problem, how is it such a medical breakthrough in any case.
And I don’t interpret the color. I am asleep and if the dream goes technicolor on me, it’s okay, I can live with it.
But this gentleman says, no, no, you see the color inclusion misdirects the import of the dream and then you cannot read into its deeper psychological message.
Hold it. It’s a dream, okay, I get up, recall it in ever increasing fragments, then it drops away and hey ho, I’m off to work. I don’t want the psychobabble, let it go.
He won’t. He summons a few friends and says, this person here won’t believe we dream in black and white.
And they look at me in horror, as if I had just swiped the cutlery.
Look, it’s my dream, okay.

If my call is so important to them, why don’t they answer it for 22 minutes?
How come when I want to, but something specific online is the only item out of stock.
When I get into a queue or lane going fast, the moment I get in, it becomes the slowest and refuses to budge.
