ISLAMABAD – Regulator PEMRA Wednesday issued a show cause notice to Geo News for airing a kiss in its morning show Geo Pakistan.
The objectionable content went on air exactly at 9.36am on March 15, which the regulator said was a violation of rules and regulations and the code of conduct for media.
The channel managers have been given 14 days to submit their reply and explain why a fine of Rs1million not be imposed on them or their license canceled.
