ISLAMABAD – Days after announcing he may never return to the television screen, political analyst Dr. Shahid Masood has rejoined NewsOne.
“Television industry’s reputed name, having deep insight, Dr. Shahid Masood now on NewsOne,” the channel said on its Twitter handle Sunday.
A series of other tweets extended greetings to the analyst from the organization’s executives.
Dr. Masood returns to NewsOne almost 13 months after he quit and joined ARY in January 2016. However, the job-hopping doctor moved to BOL News in November the same year.
His walking away from BOL abruptly last week angered the management. Insiders say he never informed them but instead posted a video on social media saying: “I do not feel like appearing on TV again, I am not sure if I will ever return.”
