QUETTA - Balochistan Voices, an English-language online newspaper that focuses on socio-economic issues of the province has officially been launched.
A spokesman for the volunteer-driven paper said BalochistanVoices.com will by updated every two or three days during the teething phase. Daily updates will begin once all the systems are in place and news reporting procedures are sorted out, probably by the second week of March. A formal launching ceremony is also planned around that time in Quetta.
Editor Adnan Aamir said he and his team will do their best to help resolve socio-economic issues of people of Balochistan.
He said Balochistan Voices will report without any political affiliation and inclinations. All political parties will be treated in the same way and given coverage based on the importance of the news.
