It is important for any organization to benchmark itself against similar entities and services just as it is important to be recognized easily and in a ‘good’ way. Hence, benchmarking is absolutely essential for quality performance and output and this can be through human resource performance as well as product.

Likewise, it is absolutely essential that an organization’s media/outreach or public relations cell or department knows exactly the importance of the quality of a company’s work and how to utilize and promote this in best way possible.

The organization’s work and name are its brand and ‘brands’ sell products and services. A proper branding campaign not only works wonder, but creates the awareness necessary to last for a very long time. JP excels in benchmarking exercises as well as creating and promoting branding.
