ISLAMABAD - Mahmood Shaam, who edited the largest Urdu daily Jang for many years has returned to the media group.
Shaam who remained associated with the Jang Group on and off for almost 45 years, had quit the paper in 2012 to help launch Jehan Pakistan. He then quit and began publishing his own periodical Itraf.
He has been in journalism for more than 50 years and is also known as an author and poet.
