I am getting a bit tired of being one upped. Actually, it is more like being three upped. How many more lines can you get into a TV screen for that ultimate clarity? It is such a feverish competition.
Every few days I read an ad for another idiot box that has trizillion lines and uber-whatever rays and you cannot believe how clear it is, you can even see the grass on the green in the golf. Well I am not so sure that turns me on, you know grass is good but it is only grass and when will this spiral stop. How much clarity do you and I need? The guy is out, right, the wicket is splayed, yes, let it go.
But, we are all playing this hideous game. The moment we invest a little ransom in one of these sleek new scientifically proven screens with XB-77 hi-def panoramic inputs someone has more panorama, the corners of his screen are clearer than yours. You go to his house and he says, this is the last word, man, it’s so clear, every little aspect, you can see the hair on Jamie Foxx's arm...this counts for something???????
That’s the point. Are you watching the film or the clarity?
I remember my 21 inch box that sat on a table with a two foot butt hitting the wall and I never worried about the grass…or Jamie's hair condition. Why worry now?

If my call is so important to them, why don’t they answer it for 22 minutes?
How come when I want to, but something specific online is the only item out of stock.
When I get into a queue or lane going fast, the moment I get in, it becomes the slowest and refuses to budge.
