ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has restrained the owner of a local newspaper from using the title Sama, which the judge said was apparently causing losses to its namesake television channel Samaa.
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui sought a reply from the newspaper by the first week of June and adjourned the hearing.
Samaa was born in 2007 long before the newspaper arrived, which many people initially thought had been brought out by the TV channel.
